Positives:
Nine has a convincing voice, her songwriting style is personal and authentic. She has an earnest voice that not since Norah Jones, have I heard such a sterling vocalist.
Bottom Line:
“Who Needs You,” is a beautifully crafted love song to oneself. A song of moving on and healing. Nine describes her song as "It’s a song about convincing myself I no longer love the person who still owns my heart." Nine accompanies herself with a delicate touch on piano and clocks in a stirring vocal performance that gets straight to the heart of the matter. Unadorned with histrionics, Nine simply put, has the voice of focused beauty. Her voice is resonating, gorgeous and her songwriting is equally stunning. That’s the short of it!
