Positives:
Powerful harmonies are the cornerstone to this Leeds based ensemble. Their hypnotic voices resonate with powerful resonance on “Too Good.”
Bottom Line:
Good old-fashioned indie pop/rock luxuries, held together tightly by the groups powerfully present vocal harmonies. With power alternative rock choruses and a raw sense of instrumentation, the group relies heavily on well-crafted songcraft to expunge their brand of pop-sensibilities. Their latest single “Too Good,” has an 80s reminiscent of pop-new wave. Sporting hip keyboard electronics along with traditional instrumentation for a tasty ear treat. What is the real meat of the group is the chemistry between James (lead vox, guitar), Oli (guitar), Rob (bass/keys), and Cale on drums and the songs they have developed for an overall fantastic group sound. That’s the short of it!
