Having opened shows for New Zealand favorites Tiki Taane, James Reid (The Feelers), Hollie Smith, Ciaran Mcmeeken and Abby Wolfe, Dan Sharp is no stranger to the big stage. Sharp’s first major single, “Lifeline,” reached audiences far beyond the shores of his native Lake Taupo in New Zealand. Achieving traction on online streaming services. Confronting those fears and knowing the path of destruction if not changed can bring a desperate darkness. Sharp is hauntingly inspired, his voice resonates with heartbreak and hope and conveys to the listener a way to get through it and end up in a better place, know things “Have to Change.” That’s the short of it!
