Nicky Romero is a Dutch DJ, record producer, musician and remixer. He has built a reputation for his mad skills and solid sounds, and now he is teaming up with actress/singer Olivia Holt for his latest single, “Distance.” Romero is also announcing his Las Vegas Residency at Hakkasan and Omnia nightclubs. This is a homecoming for Romero, and he will be performing for another year of residency in the esteemed nightclubs. Romero has also been pushing the boundaries with his remixes: Jess Glynne (“Thursday”) and Martin Garrix (“Dreamer” ft. Mike Yung). “Distance” features the beautiful voice of Olivia Holt in combination with Romero’s organic production of instrumental melodies, soft basslines and soulful pads. Holt is known for her lead roles in Disney and Marvel movies and she brings a powerful voice to “Distance.” Together Romero and Holt make an excellent track with a dance-pop crossover vibe.
