Brims shows a wide range and the ability to seamlessly switch vocal registers while maintaining a sonic fullness and clarity. Multiple instruments enter as the song unfolds to build interest and create a dynamic shape. The bridge has interesting choir voicings and a solid lead by Brims. The vocal counterpoint builds as the track drives to its conclusion. Brims sense of balance and form is very organic and flowing. Solid sounds from this singer songwriter. That’s the short of it!
