[section label=”Bottom Line”]Bottom Line: “Insatiable” has a solid deep house vibe with a catchy melody and lyrics. The inspiration for the song came after XANDOR attended Zhu’s show. XANDOR explains, “I remember seeing a live saxophone and electric guitar player, and I wanted to create a song with a sexy vibe using those same elements. I found myself brainstorming ideas around the word ‘Insatiable.'” He hit the mark with a rhythmic guitar part that underlies the synth sounds. DiCicco’s vocal timbre and delivery capture the sexy nature of the lyrics and vibe. With beautiful dancing in the video, one can only imagine how easy this would pack the dancefloor. The guitar counterpoint behind DiCicco is energetic, and the two parts spin to a climax. “Insatiable” is a beautiful collaboration between house music and a captivating pop vocalist that started to take shape after XANDOR heard “Chica Bomb” by Dan Balan. He researched the vocalist and found that it was DiCicco. XANDOR explains further, “I then messaged Katie, and lucky for me, we got in touch! I brought the concept to Katie, and she wrote the song with Will Jay. I’m really happy about this collaboration because Katie’s vocals fit perfectly in this song. It brings that seductive feeling, and you can feel that emotion when you’re listening to this record.” With a sexy organic vibe, well-sung vocals, and an infectious beat, “Insatiable” hits the spot. That’s the short of it!
